The fastest way to place an order is by using the secure checkout on the web site. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover. The checkout allows you to securely pay with your credit card. Credit card transactions are protected via the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol, the adopted standard for processing secure credit card orders over the Internet.

Two Day or Overnight Delivery orders are prioritized; orders placed after 12:00pm CST will not ship until the next business day.  We want to assist you with expedited shipments - feel free to call (512-392-7236)to find out if we can get your order out the same day, on an as needed basis. 

Shipping Details 

All shipments are shipped insured via USPS - which delivers to P.O. Boxes and on Saturdays at no extra charge.  All orders are charged a $2.00 insurance fee.

Most orders ship within one day of ordering (we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays).  Courtesy email or phone call will be made if an item is backordered or no longer available.

Emails are sent out upon order shipment.

BEST IDEA: Place the date you need to receive your package in the "special instructions" box during checkout - we will make sure you have selected the necessary shipping option.

Please account for the fact that if you place your order one day - it will probably go out the next - then allow for shipping days as indicated in our shipping options.  If your product is out of stock or backordered you will be notified via email.  Please check your email.

The last day to order is the 23rd.  We will ship the 24th and it will be delivered on the 25th. (You must select our $30 OVERNIGHT option for this to occur.)

Product Availability 

The product availability information presented on our Web site is the best, most current information we have, but errors do occur and this information does not represent a guarantee or promise of availability. If a product is not in stock when you place your order, we will provide you with our best estimate of when the product will be available. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent on our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change.

Pricing 

Due to the fast-moving nature of the Internet industry, prices, promotions and product availability are subject to change without notice. If you have ordered a product that is subject to a price increase, we will hold your order and inform you of the increase.

Return — Exchange Policy. 

We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for any items you are not completely happy with.

Please indicate exchange information desired; different size, color, or style, and we will promptly ship you the new product (depending on stock availability).

Packages must be returned prepaid—we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be made after fifteen (15) days under any circumstances.
  • Returns must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original packaging, and contents. Only unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please use a shipping method that can be tracked. We recommend you insure the parcel when shipping higher-priced items. Packages must be returned prepaid—we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.
  • Subsequent to an approval authorization, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1 — 2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
  • All SALE items sold on sale are final.
  • Refused returns or exchanges will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
  • PLEASE NOTE : As soon as we receive your returned item we will send you a confirmation e-mail to notify you of your refund in the amount you paid for this item.
