clothing boutique that has been family owned and operated for forty years in San
Marcos, Texas. Marcy, the original owner of Trends and Traditons, still operates the business. She has an
uncompromising eye for quality and wearable fashion. Many
clothing boutiques get too wrapped in fashion trends and end
up offering their customer what they like or what the “trends” say women should wear.
Marcy, has
successfully interpreted trends in order to provide her
clothing boutique customer what they, the customer, wants and
what the customer will actually be able to wear. Too many
clothing boutiques offer trendy clothes that don’t even fit! Trends and
Traditions is a clothing boutique that offers a wide variety of sizes and cuts in order to accommodate the many
different women of central Texas.
When making selections for the boutique, Marcy keeps in mind the central Texas
climate, the “real” sizes of women and the lifestyles of the Trends and Tradition’s customer. As this century has
evolved, women have taken great care of themselves and they no longer fit the traditional
clothing boutique “missy”
sizing alone. Which has led to Trends and Traditions, once again defining itself as different from most
clothing
boutiques. We offer junior cuts, contemporary cuts, missy cuts, petite cuts and women’s cut clothing brands…all
